SDG Digital Fair 2021 - The First Digital Exhibition with the Participation of Local and International Business Actors in Georgia

For the first time in Georgia, the SDG exhibition organized by the Global Compact Network was held on October 26, which was performed in fully virtual reality!

The aim of the business exhibition was to promote the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by the private sector. The SDGs Digital Fair 2021 was a new online meeting format that allows the private sector in a pandemic and post-pandemic time to communicate easily and effectively.

Abraded geographic boundaries, real-time communication using a fully interactive avatar, various communication formats - presentations, panel discussions, 3D audio and visual images, networking space, instant access to web pages and open resources of participating companies, communication via e-mail and managing online services of the companies, daily activities - these are all part of the possibilities, which was offered by SDGs Digital Fair 2021 to its attendees and audiences.

The exhibition provided an opportunity for companies to present branded stands and acquaint interested persons with their activities. And any person, who was attending the exhibition used the simplest instructions to create the closest possible visual avatar and profile, in this way he/she could speak with a person or a group of people in real time in a natural tone and tone of voice.

At SDG Digital Fair 2021 companies from Georgia, Ukraine, and Sweden participated. The businesses that have implemented partnership projects to support Sustainable Development Goals were eligible to participate.
