An organization’s Stakeholders are organizations, groups of people or individuals, that might be positively or negatively affected by the organization’s decisions, activities, services and products or the other way around – those that have a considerable impact on the organization. Each organization, depending of the specifics of its activities, has different Stakeholders. 

Stakeholder dialogue and their engagement is one of the main principles of corporate social responsibility. It helps the company to better understand and manage risks and grasp new opportunities, improve the image, and gain trust.
